D-UP plans to invest at least $15 Million into the expansion of its current programming on Washington Street for state-of-the-art STEM, Gymnasium Complex, and Arts Facility and Black Box Theater. These buildings will host year-round activities for all ages and abilities; and a central location to bring communities and visitors together to enjoy high quality fitness, education, arts and culture, recreation, and social opportunities. Our fundraising effort is broken into three phases; Phase One (D-UP Complex), Phase Two (D-UP Black Box Theater), Phase Three (Sustaining and Endowment).
